Suzanne specializes in resilience, empowering women to prioritize themselves, make choices without the guilt, have fun and confidence to build the life they want.
Suzanne speaks about her family, and why even though she had a great job that she loved, she quit to pursue a career with less stress and more family time. She began as a yoga teacher and went back to college to become a coach. Her goal is to teach women how to breathe, regroup and destress.
