Your $100k offer needs to be deeply transformative. There is no way around this. And, to design this in a way that really gets results, you MUST know your market incredibly well.
You must know what they desire more than anything else in the world.
You must know what they are scared of more than anything else in the world.
You must know how to bridge the gap between those two things – so take them from what they are most scared of to what they desire most.
If you know your craft incredibly well, and you know the most transformative outcome you can achieve incredibly well, and you know you can take your ideal client from what they are scared of to what they desire most…
… then you have answered the most fundamental question you need to in designing your perfect $100k offer.
So, simply… do that.
You know what to do, now you need to ensure that you do it better than anyone else in the world.
There are ALWAYS going to be others who do what you do. There are ALWAYS going to be competitors. There are ALWAYS going to be copycats.
But, if you know that you get that transformation better than anyone else, then you have nailed the second most important element of your $100k offer.
And, the methodology might be similar to others, but the way YOU do things needs to be a signature system or a completely unique way of using the methodology.

Nail that, and you have #2 answered in creating your $100k offer.
Those who service at the $100k level + offer high touch, and highly personalized services to their clients.
If you sell offers at $10k right now, and they’re 1:1, you will want to rejig everything so that your $10k offers are in groups (for scale) and are lower touch, and then your highest end, premium services are personalized to the client.
$100k+ packages are generally tailored to the unique needs of your client.
If someone is going to invest in you at this level, they will want to know they have your personal attention, and that at least a portion of the service is bespoke. By all means, have a method or signature system (as I mention above), but you need to have an individualized approach inside the method to charge at this level.
Do not confuse offering a $100k service with giving away your soul. You have to put boundaries around your services, or you won’t be able to do anything but service one of your premium clients.
And, once you start working with one $100k+ client, I guarantee that you will want to work with more, because in my experience, they are more invested, more willing to go the distance and you get better results with them. This makes for serving them a wonderful experience for you as well as for them.

Stop faffing around in the little leagues. My bet is your best work is not worth $2k. It’s not even worth $25k.
